We believe in earning your business every month. Our service agreements operate on the following basis:

• No Lock-In Contracts: You are free to cancel your service at any time without penalty.
• Notice Period: We request 30 days written notice for service cancellation to ensure a smooth transition.
• Our Right to Terminate: We may terminate services with 30 days notice if terms are breached or payments remain outstanding.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and the Commonwealth of Australia, as applicable. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
